offers a 30-minute total; body workout to lose body fat
and gain bone density. Three times a year, we offer our
unique weight loss program that specializes in permanent
results without permanent dieting. Our hydraulic resistance
strength training machines allow you yo perform cardiovascular
and strength training at the same time. You move around
teh circuit, changing stations every thirty seconds. The
complete workout includes warn-up, the workout, cool down
and stretching. The hydraulic resistance exercise is simular
to aquatic exercise, and is inhererntly safe. There are
no weight stacks to manage or deciions to make.
We also offer an exclusive retial line of Curves products
called curvaceous. These products can be bought at
participating locations. In addition to the workout, we
have fun with games, trivia, and ways to earn Curves
Cash to "Purchase" other Curves products.
